Membership Access Instructions!
If you have just purchased a license for Localbiz Vortex then you should check your email for your access details which will enable you to login and download the product(s) and provide member portal access.
Usually, the process of email delivery with your access details occurs within a few minutes of purchase but in some circumstances it can take up to an hour or so.
If you cannot find your access details (check your spam folder also) then you should submit a support ticket via the HelpDesk (link in menu tab in header above) and notify us so that we can investigate and make any necessary corrections that may be required.
If you are an existing member who has just upgraded your license or made a new purchase, you will already have access via your original member access. If you have forgotten your password then you can use the “forgot password” link on the Member Login page to get a new one.
